Request photographs of the system and chamber nameplates, serial numbers, revision identifiers and the applicable manuals. Have your equipment engineer reconcile those records with the quotation.

What to match before approving a replacement or complete tool

For an existing installation, provide the installed mainframe, chamber identifiers, software version and target process. Ask the supplier to compare the proposed equipment against that record.

For a complete tool, request an itemized list covering the offered chambers, wafer handling, control system, RF equipment, pumps, gas-delivery hardware, cooling and accessories. Ask for a separate missing-items list and details of any modifications.
